About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will support residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and wellbeing. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care whilst promoting independence and maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to residents.
- Assisting with mobility and night-time routines.
- Conducting regular welfare and safety checks.
- Supporting residents with their individual needs and preferences.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence.
- Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people.
