Our Services

General

Customer means any person, company, organisation or firm which purchases services from us;

Order Form means an order for Services on a form provided by us (in any format) and agreed by a Customer;

Services means all job advertising products, candidate searches and other services made available by Social Care People;

Recruitment Campaign means a customer vacancy which will be advertised on agreed online media, searching of online databases, manual screening, candidate chases and any other pre-agreed services.

Credit Value means the individual value of each recruitment campaign as specified in the order form.

Contract Month means, in respect of any Order Form relating to the provision of Services for a specified period of months, the calendar month commencing on the start date specified in the Order Form and ending on the day before the same date in the next calendar month. For example, the calendar month commencing on 24 February and ending 23 March;

Contract Term means the full term specified in the Order Form.

Force Majeure means an event, or a series of related events, that is outside the reasonable control of the party affected including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, failure of utilities, act of God, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect from the notified Effective Date. Continuing to use our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Commencement of Services

Services will commence once all required information has been received to complete your campaign.

Prices

Prices are as specified in the customer order form and guaranteed for the stated period (default 30 days). Any agreed discounts are confidential.

Advertising

• The customer provides a job specification; Social Care People drafts an optimized advert copy.
• Campaigns will not commence without written confirmation of the advert copy.
• We may amend adverts to meet job board requirements or applicable laws.
• Job postings remain live for 28 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unused services cannot be carried forward without prior consent.
• We may modify the product lineup or job board mix at any time.

Cancellations

A customer may cancel a campaign by written notice. If adverts are already live, Social Care People will remove or alter them as soon as possible. The customer agrees to deduct the campaign’s credit value unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard Credit Expirations

Credits expire 12 months from the date of order confirmation unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments

Payment terms are 14 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in service suspension and debt recovery actions. No refunds apply to unused services after the contract term.

Refunds

All packages are non-refundable. No money-back guarantees apply to campaign performance.

Guarantee

Social Care People does not guarantee to fill any vacancy. We provide direct sourcing support to help attract candidates, but hiring decisions and outcomes are the client's responsibility. Dissatisfied clients may contact us at info@socialcarepeople.co.uk or call 01234 973020.

Termination

Customers may terminate services with written notice (30 days for contracts under six months, 60 days for contracts over six months). We may terminate services for material breach or insolvency. Early termination may void agreed discounts.

License to Use Customer’s Name, Trademarks and Logos

Customers grant Social Care People permission to use their name, trademarks, and logos for providing services and marketing materials, including website and brochure references.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to the Customer for any claim is limited to the total amount paid during the term for the related services, excluding injury or death caused by negligence.

Illegal Advertisements

Advertisements that discriminate based on gender, race, or disability are illegal. Customers accept full responsibility for compliance with all legal and data protection laws when submitting materials to Social Care People.
