Job description

Reablement

We are a short‑term, therapy‑led service designed to help people regain independence and reduce or delay the need for long‑term support.

What you will do

  • Support customers to regain independence with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Keep accurate records, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively
  • Work with dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop personalised plans
  • Work on a rota basis (between 7 am and 10 pm 365 days a year)
  • Travel across Wiltshire to carry out customer visits

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Understanding of elderly or disabled people's needs
  • No formal qualifications needed - we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
