Job description

Wiltshire Support at Home
We provide ongoing care and support to customers while promoting their independence and well-being. Our aim is to help people stay as independent as possible, while recognising that some individuals will still need additional support.
We also offer a short‑term service for hospital discharges or for people who need support at home as part of our rapid response provision.
What you will do
- Support customers with daily living tasks
- Safeguard customers' health, safety, and well-being
- Keep accurate records, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively
- Work on a rota basis (between 7 am & 10 pm, 365 days a year)
- Travel across Wiltshire to carry out customer visits
Who we are looking for
- Caring, empathetic, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of elderly or disabled people's needs
- No formal qualifications needed - we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
