Working as part of the senior carer provision for the home managing a daily shift including team mamanegent, overseeing care, dealing with other professionals and achieving the best outcomes for the residents.
The team is a diverse team and we are looking for someone who has a passion to provide good levels of care to a high standard but also is willing to support the care staff in their daily tasks and add to the good atmosphere in the home.
