Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality Resident care in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services, ensuring resident safety, and supporting the overall wellbeing of residents. This position is open to qualified nurses without sponsorship requirements and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to resident recovery and comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised resident care, including assisting with daily activities and monitoring vital signs
  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with healthcare protocols
  • Maintain detailed and accurate resident records, documenting observations and interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Ensure compliance with infection control policies and uphold hygiene standards within the clinical setting
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, providing reassurance and emotional support as required
  • Assist in emergency situations, applying appropriate first aid or advanced interventions when necessary

Requirements

  • Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body
  • Proven experience in resident care within a CARE HOME environment
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Competence in medication administration, adhering strictly to safety guidelines
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Compassionate approach with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ongoing professional development
