Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients, identifying their specific needs and health concerns.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and attention to safety.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, promptly responding to any changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for every patient.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards to ensure a secure and hygienic environment for both patients and staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong clinical knowledge with a solid understanding of nursing practices and patient care procedures.
- Expertise in anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decisions and patient care plans.
