Pay: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Support Workers to join our team and play an important role in ensuring our residents feel safe, supported, and valued throughout the night.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Night Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred care and support during night shifts.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs where required.
- Conduct regular welfare and safety checks.
- Offer emotional support, reassurance, and companionship.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or changes in wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
