We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food services. Responsibilities
- Assist with meal and food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and available for cooking
- support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks as required

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including work surfaces, utensils, and storage spaces
- Follow food safety and hygience regulations at all times
- Serve food to customers or staff in accordance with service standards
- Assist in setting up dining areas and clearing tables after service
- Help with stock rotation and inventory checks to ensure freshnesss and minimise waste
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygience practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and food prep
- Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends if required
