The Role

As Registered Home Manager, you'll create an environment where both children and colleagues can thrive.

You'll lead a committed team, inspire high standards and build a home that delivers exceptional outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operation of the home
  • Developing and inspiring a high-performing team
  • Delivering outstanding safeguarding and therapeutic care
  • Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Building positive relationships with local authorities and partner agencies
  • Managing occupancy, budgets and performance
  • Preparing for and achieving positive Ofsted inspections
  • Creating a culture where children feel safe, valued and empowered to succeed
