Job description
As a Carer, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.
Responsibilities:As a Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with:
· Medication
· Meal preparation and nutrition
· Shopping
· Arranging and accompanying clients to appointments
· Companionship
· Light cleaning duties
