Job description
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Domiciliary Care Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. This role involves visiting multiple clients during scheduled shifts, supporting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Shift Pattern:
- Morning shifts: 7:00am - 2:00pm
- Evening shifts: 5:00pm - 9:00pm
(Flexible working patterns may be available)Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility and safe moving/handling
- Assist with medication administration where required
- Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration
- Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Travel between clients' homes in the local area
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Kind, patient, and respectful attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Right to work in the UK
