Kara Healthcare is looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at our care home in Kettering, NN16 0EB.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to residents.
- Assisting with washing, dressing, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
- Promoting dignity, respect, choice, and independence.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Contributing to a warm, welcoming, and person-centred environment.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable individual.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people.
