Kara Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to join our bank team across our homes in Wellingborough (NN8 4QE) and Kettering (NN16 0EB).

About the Role
As part of our care team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Supporting residents living with Dementia, Mental Health conditions, and Sight Loss.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Ensuring a safe, caring, and welcoming environment.
- For Senior Care Assistants, supporting the care team, administering medication (where trained), and leading shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals.
- Previous care experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and a person-centred approach to care.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people.
- Senior Care Assistant applicants should have previous experience within a senior or leadership role in care.
