Kara Healthcare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to join our bank team across our Leicester homes in LE9 1UW and LE2 9AH.

About the Role
As part of our care team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities.
- Promoting dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Assisting residents living with Dementia, Mental Health conditions, and Sight Loss.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns.
- Supporting a safe, welcoming, and person-centred care environment.
- For Senior Care Assistants, leading shifts, administering medication (where trained), and supporting the wider care team.
What We're Looking For
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals.
- Previous care experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and person-centred approach.
- A passion for delivering exceptional care to older people.
- Senior Care Assistant applicants should have previous senior or leadership experience within a care setting.
