Job description

Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care

· Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and nutritional intake

· Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

· Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety

· Administer medications as directed by prescribers

· Assist with wound care and dressing changes

· Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records

· Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

· NMC - Required

· Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology

· Experience in providing patient care in a healthcare setting

· Proficient in medication administration and following prescribed treatment plans

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from healthcare professionals

· Compassionate and empathetic towards patients
