Job description
We're looking for a kind, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and help us provide the highest standard of care for our residents. This role is about much more than medication rounds and clinical tasks. It's about building relationships, supporting people to live well, and making every day as comfortable and meaningful as possible.
Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares our belief that older people deserve excellent care, dignity, respect, and a place they can truly call home.
What you'll be doingWhat we're looking for
- Providing high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Supporting residents with a range of health needs, including dementia and long-term conditions
- Administering medication and monitoring health and wellbeing
- Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
- Working closely with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting and guiding care staff within the home
- Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and choice
- Ensuring accurate clinical records are maintained
