Support Worker (Part Time - 30 Hours per Week)

About the people you'll support
You'll be supporting two gentlemen who enjoy:
- Going to church
- Trips to the cinema
- Walking and being out in the community
- Playing pool and going bowling
- Shopping and exploring charity shops
- Cars (both model and real!)
- Going to discos
They also need emotional reassurance and consistent support, so being calm, understanding, and patient is key.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied, meaningful role where no two days are the same. You will:
- Provide emotional support and reassurance
- Support daily routines and independence
- Help manage and respond to mental health needs
- Encourage and enable community activities and hobbies
- Build trusted relationships through consistency and patience
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion at all times
Shift patterns (30 hours per week)
- Early: 7:30am - 3:00pm
- Late: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
- Sleep-ins: At least 1 per week (paid £50 per sleep)
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
