About the role
Bradbury House provides short breaks away from the family home, supporting customers to take part in meaningful activities and live as independently as possible. You will work in a person‑centred way, listening carefully to individual needs and adapting your approach to support each customer in the most appropriate way.
You will show empathy, patience, and compassion, building trusted relationships with customers, families, and carers. Working as part of a supportive team, you will contribute positively through teamwork, openness, and mutual respect, while remaining calm, adaptable, and agile in a busy care environment.
