Location: Heathlands Village, Prestwich, Manchester
Hours: 18 hours per week (Sat 8am-7pm & Sun 11am-7.30pm), both days include a half an hour unpaid lunch break)

About the role

As Hospitality Assistant, you will help provide a welcoming, efficient and consistently high-quality meal service across The Fed's dining areas, including individual households, the main restaurant and central café.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will:

  • Serve plated meals across dining areas

  • Set and relay tables before, during and after service
  • Keep food service and kitchen areas clean and tidy
  • Rotate stock and check food dates
  • Maintain appropriate food temperature records
  • Support hospitality and catering requests
  • Follow food safety, health and safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures

You will work flexibly across hospitality service areas and help create a friendly and positive experience for everyone using the service.

About you
