About the Service - The Oakleaf Group

Posts are full - time and will include a variety of days, nights and twilights. As part of your contract, you will be expected to work across any of the Oakleaf sites if required.

Working in the Supported Living dictates a level of flexibility and all our Supported Living staff must be available to work where required. No staff are employed to any one area or unit. Some Supported Living staff will work on a rotation of working on the main site and in the Supported Living houses again, as and when required.
