Job description

We are opening homes in our Specialist Mental Health Division and this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you will be nurtured and developed to progress with your career.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.
Essential Information
- Full time contracts - 42 hours per week:
- 236 hours of paid annual leave per annum
- You will receive a monthly rota
We also recruit for Senior Support Workers / Team Leaders and Deputy Manager positions
- This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
- You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
- Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
- No experience needed
