Registered Manager (Turnaround Specialist)
Pay:£55,000 to £60,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Gateshead, Tyne & Wear

What You'll Be Doing
As Registered Manager, you'll have the autonomy and support to lead your service with confidence. You'll play a key role in creating a positive culture, improving performance, and ensuring residents receive outstanding care.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to achieve excellence.
- Drive service improvements and successfully manage turnaround initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture within the home.
- Support, coach, and develop colleagues to reach their full potential.
- Maintain strong occupancy levels and effective budget management.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, professionals, and stakeholders.
- Lead the service through inspections and audits with confidence.
- Champion person-centred care, dignity, and resident wellbeing at every level.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a leader who combines compassion with commercial awareness and has the resilience to lead meaningful change.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
- A successful track record of improving and turning around care services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
- The ability to motivate teams and drive sustainable improvements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Relevant Health and Social Care qualifications.
- Eligibility to register with CQC.
