New Business Development Manager - South/Central Hours: 37.5 per week, 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday, although some evening and weekend work may be necessary, based on the needs of the business Location: Extensive Travel across Southern England Rate: £ 60,000 per annum + Car Allowance of £4,800 per annum

Due to expansion both organically and via acquisitions, Caretech's Community Services South and Central Division is seeking to recruit a resilient New Business Development Manager to strengthen the Business Development team in the region. We are seeking a result focused professional who is able to bring immediate strategic value. You will play a key part in ensuring we deliver our Divisional New Development budget.

The Role

You will:

  • Based on sound market intelligence and market led demand, initiate and execute a New Business Development plan for the South and
    Central region
  • Present business cases for approval of new projects
  • Working closely with operational and the organisations support functions to ensure that agreed developments are delivered on time and to agreed ROI and EBITDA levels.
  • Develop strong and sound relationships with Local Commissioners in order to position Caretech as a preferred provider within the Health & Social Care sector.
  • Working with preferred development and housing partners, ensure that there is a healthy pipeline of community based accommodation solutions which match the development plan
  • Promote and market Caretech's social care related expertise, facilities and activities, where appropriate hosting suitable national and regional events.
  • Develop and maintain a database of former, current and potential business and funding partners in the Social Care Sectors.
  • Any other duties requested from time to time by the company, as might reasonably be required, commensurate with the role.

Requirements

  • Experience as a BDM delivering New Specialist Supported Living service within the social care sector.
  • Proven ability to deliver on targets and increase growth
  • A deep understanding of core sales methodology
  • An understanding Specialist Supported Housing requirements and CQC related guidance.
  • Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Promotes CareTech's values in placing the service users and the people we support at the centre of all decision making
  • Be comfortable presenting information in large meetings both in person and via video link
  • Confident to manage processes that requires a robust approach to policy
