Job description
We are seeking an experienced Carer to join our small team as a Supervisory Personal Assistant (also known as a Field Care Supervisor).
Duties to include:
- To lead by example in care visits, supporting clients to remain living independently in their own homes
- Train other carers to ensure outstanding standards of care
- Complete Spot checks on other carers
- Provide bi-monthly supervisions to a small number of selected employees
- Assist with rotas
- Complete reviews of Client's care
- Review and update Care Plans
- Complete New Client assessments and write resulting Care plans and Risk Assessments
- Assist the Registered Manager with Quality Assurance
