Support Worker / Care Assistant - Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole
Bright London Care Limited is recruiting compassionate, reliable and committed Support Workers and Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to people across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support people to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.
No previous care experience is required. Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
Pay and Hours
- £13.50 per hour - weekdays
- £14.50 per hour - weekends
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible working opportunities
- Stable shifts with predictable hours where available
- Mileage is compensated
- Paid travel where applicable
Applicant Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK
- Be caring, reliable, punctual and able to communicate effectively
- Be willing to complete required training, references and DBS checks
- Be able to travel reliably between care visits
- Be available for agreed shifts, including some mornings, evenings and weekends
A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, previous care experience, or a Health and Social Care qualification would be advantageous but are not essential.
