Job description
To ensure that the kitchen and related ares are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Observing and maintaining food hygeine.
I.D.D.S.I training
Support the chef in maintaining accurate records.
Assist with the preparation of meals.
Provide meal preparation and cooking support for residents in the absence of the chef.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure dining areas are clean and appropriately set before each meal service.
General kitchen duties.
Undertake necessary training.
